For Overwatch 2 Season 16 we were tasked to create the Redwood Dam map for the new Stadium game mode. This map features the Ecopoint theme in a new biome. Our team took care of the whole map creation process. We started by doing blockouts based on the game design layout, developing the giant redwood trees, refined all that into final models. The usual technical tasks like collisions and general optimization was also something we had to take care of.
It was really nice to extend the great designs of the Ecopoint theme and create another charming space based on these.
